The buyer must agree to the following:

This agreement secures the one time professional photography services of Bob Jimenez Photography (also known as the Provider) to a buyer (also known as the Client).  

The provider for each individual sale, relinquishes copy-write ownership of the digital image sold to client, provided that it is for the client’s personal (non business) use. 

Otherwise, any digital photography, under this agreement, sold by the client to a third party and used commercially will be subject to a licensing fee, collected by the provider from the client. The amount of the licensing fee will be determined by how the digital photograph is used commercially, in perpetuity. Likewise, any subsequent public postings of digital images purchased by the client from the provider, is subject to the provider’s verbal or written approval.
